Columbia Park is Ohio's Premier Manufactured Home Retirement Community for those aged 55 and over. We are located in Olmsted Township and situated on over 210 acres of land. Columbia Park is filled with beautifully landscaped common areas. There are 13 miles of wide, curved, tree lined streets. Many of the streets in our community have modern lighting with underground wiring.

Modern manufactured homes are offered for purchase in a variety of price ranges to fit your budget. The owner-occupied homes vary in size and style with a wide range of floor plans and designs.
